BHARAT THAKKAR, CPA, CFP, CITP

Bharat Thakkar, President, has experience that spans over 25 years in accounting and business consulting. His expertise includes IT consulting, accounting, taxation and financial planning. His experience ranges from helping small businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals, to managing audits of large corporations in a variety of industries He is the Audit and Technology Partner in our affiliate where he helped spearhead the implementation of paperless technology.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bharat is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). The CITP designation is only held by slightly over 1,450 CPA’s in the country.

Bharat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants

Bharat is an active volunteer in the food bank of a local community church. He has helped nonprofit organizations via referrals from the Clearinghouse for Volunteer Accounting Services, (www.cvas-usa.org), an organization that assists nonprofits by matching accountants with organizations in need of accounting services.


STEPHEN A. KIRSHON, CPA

Stephen A. Kirshon, Vice President, has numerous years of experience providing consulting services to his clients. His areas of industry specialization include art, auto dealerships, construction, dental, law firms, manufacturing, medical practices, not-for-profit organizations and real estate. Over Steve's distinguished career, he has successfully guided numerous client businesses from a small start up to thriving companies some whom have been acquired by public companies and some who today remain the largest in their market.

Steve is well known in the community, having served on several corporate and charitable organization boards of directors in leadership roles.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.


TAMMY S. ACARD, CPA

Tammy S. Acard, CFO possesses over twenty years of accounting and business consulting experience. She was instrumental in designing the initial setup for the implementation of CNG-SAFE in our affiliate. She is very familiar with the start-up issues during the initial phase of conversion from a paper based system. She has designed training programs for end users and is thoroughly familiar with customization and integration of CNG_SAFE.
